About Xiaoyubot

Xiaoyubot is an embodied-intelligence robotics company founded in 2023.
Founded by early members of the Xiaomi startup team, its founder Qiao Zhongliang is an early Xiaomi member and former general manager of MIUI R&D. As of Q1 2026, the company has more than 120 employees, over half of them in R&D — including people from Xiaomi, Huawei and ByteDance, alongside young talent from top universities worldwide.
