Xiaoyubot was founded in February 2023 as one of China's earliest teams focused on embodied intelligence robotics, a hardcore company dedicated to the development of general-purpose embodied intelligent robots, with headquarters located in Beijing.
Founded by Qiao Zhongliang, a core early member of the Xiaomi Group. As of Q1 2026, the company has more than 120 employees, with the R&D team accounting for over 85% and the core model-algorithm team over 60%, all from top universities and leading companies. Starting from its proprietary "One Brain, Multiple Forms" architecture, Xiaoyubot is committed to building foundation models for the physical world — learning the geometric structures and physical laws of the real world to map directly from 3D spatial representation to general manipulation policies, solving the industry bottleneck of insufficient generalization in robot manipulation.
Qiao Zhongliang holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beihang University. An expert in artificial intelligence and operating systems and former general manager of Xiaomi MIUI R&D, he founded Xiaoyubot in 2023, working deeply on industrial large models and embodied intelligence and pursuing a forward-looking "One Brain, Multiple Forms" strategy to build a world-leading ecosystem platform for industrial robots.
Before founding Xiaoyubot, he joined Xiaomi in 2010 as its first-ever fresh-graduate hire, set the record for the fastest promotion to general manager, and participated in the company's entire transformative journey from a startup to a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. He led the R&D of the world’s first on-device AI anti-harassment system, the Xiaomi gallery, and the security and privacy system, driving the intelligent transformation of the AIoT operating system. His honors include the China Association for Quality Technology First Prize (2018), Xiaomi’s first "New Decade Entrepreneur Program" (2018), Xiaomi 10th-anniversary Outstanding Entrepreneur and Contributor (2020), and one of Xiaomi’s first "May Fourth Youth Medal" recipients (2021).
Wang Wenlin holds a PhD in Computer Communications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Since 2023 he has served as co-founder, president and CTO of Xiaoyubot, responsible for technology strategy and the R&D and deployment of industrial large-model robots.
Before joining Xiaoyubot, he was general manager of Xiaomi’s System Platform Department and an R&D engineer at Microsoft Research Asia and Yahoo China Research, with over 15 years of experience in core systems and AI R&D. He led Windows Mobile’s first HTS speech-synthesis system and Chinese input-method engine, the MIUI Framework and the first version of the MIoT protocol, and the incubation of Xiaomi Brain and Xiao Ai.
Wang Shujie graduated from the Department of Physics at Nanjing University. As a partner at Xiaoyubot, he is fully responsible for building the AI technology mid-platform and algorithm R&D.
He has worked at Xiaomi, Ant Financial and ByteDance, with over 10 years of experience in algorithm optimization. Before joining Xiaoyubot, he was R&D director of ByteDance Doubao, and specializes in model-algorithm optimization and large-scale AI Infra.
Shi Jiangtong has over 18 years of experience in the consumer-electronics and smart-hardware industry. As a partner at Xiaoyubot, he leads hardware R&D, supply chain and manufacturing.
He has worked at Foxconn Beijing, TCL Shanghai and Xiaomi, with a dual background in full-chain R&D management and large-scale quality-system building. Before joining Xiaoyubot, he spent 14 years at Xiaomi, serving as core lead for structural R&D, phone quality and ecosystem hardware, witnessing and driving the company’s leap from startup to Fortune Global 500. He excels at building large R&D teams, establishing supply-chain quality standards, and managing hardware product lines with shipments in the hundreds of millions.
Wang Jianping has 20 years of experience in internet products and marketing. As a partner at Xiaoyubot, he leads product and marketing strategy, driving customer breakthroughs and commercialization of the robot platform.
Before joining Xiaoyubot, he was product lead at Baidu (search engine), Xiaomi (phone operating system) and Tiger Brokers (brokerage systems), repeatedly leading complex products from zero to one with revenue exceeding 100 million. He excels at high-complexity product design, technology deployment and business growth, accompanying companies through their full lifecycle from startup to tens of thousands of employees.
Li Chuan graduated from Dalian University of Technology and has over 15 years of experience in channel operations, sales management and consulting in the FMCG industry. As a partner at Xiaoyubot, he is fully responsible for the sales, delivery and after-sales service systems, driving the large-scale deployment of embodied-intelligence robot solutions in manufacturing.
